If you’re looking for somebody to go above and beyond on everything, then you won’t go far wrong with Louise. Bought a property recently in Golf del Sur. Louise was there at every turn. Dealing with the sellers (this was very protracted as the property was owned by a bank that had foreclosed on a bankrupt builder). Sorted out all the detailed information required by the solicitor and the bank. Obtained our NIE’s, arranged for solicitors, notary, electrician, electrical and water supplies, air conditioning, water treatment, internet and a local plumber. She arranged delivery and also collected my newly ordered furniture from local stores. She has even dealt with getting my car “imported” into Tenerife and arranging an ITV. Totally brilliant service. You can’t go wrong.
